What this site collects, why, and how to have it removed. It's short because there isn't much to tell.

What we collect.

If you fill in a form on this site, we collect what you type into it: your name, your email address, your organization, any link you choose to add, and your message.

We also collect anonymous usage analytics through Vercel Analytics — which pages get viewed, where visitors arrived from, rough location, and device type. It doesn't use cookies to follow you across sites, and it doesn't build a profile of you. We can't tie it back to a person, and we don't try to.

Why we collect it.

Form submissions: so we can reply to you. That's the entire reason — you asked us something and we'd like to answer.

Analytics: so we know which pages people actually read and which ones we should fix.

Where form data goes.

A submission is emailed straight to our team. It isn't stored in a database on this site, it isn't loaded into a marketing automation tool, and it isn't used to target advertising — at you or anyone else.

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties beyond the services that make the site work: Vercel, which hosts the site and provides the analytics, and Resend, which delivers the email.

How long we keep it.

Your message lives in our email while the conversation is useful — typically while we're in touch and for a reasonable period afterwards. If you'd rather we deleted it sooner, ask and we will. Analytics data is aggregate, isn't tied to you, and is retained by Vercel under their own policy.

Customer and production data.

This policy covers mousecat.ai, the marketing site, and nothing else. How MouseCat handles data inside a customer deployment is a different question with a different answer — the platform runs in your own cloud account, under your controls. See the Security page for that.

Removing your data, and getting in touch.

Email hello@mousecat.ai and ask us to delete what we hold. We'll do it and confirm. You don't need to give a reason.

Same address for any other question about this policy.
